The African Community in Germany ...

AfrikAktiv e.V is a german based non-profit organisation and owner of Afrika Festival Tübingen, a community family festival for Africans, African descendants and friends of Africa in Germany Europe and beyond. Founded in 2006 under different entities, the organization represents the needs, concerns, interest and aspirations of Africa and its Diaspora in advancing cultural development and engagement. Here are the five main core objectives of our work in building the African community in Germany and beyond

If Rwanda could rise from the painful legacy of genocide and transform Kigali into one of Africa’s cleanest and most inspiring cities, then everything is possible.

AfrikAktiv believes in the power of unity, culture, education, and community-building — bringing together youth and women across Africa and the Diaspora to become active builders of their communities and the future of Africa.
